Dear Sir / Madam, 

We are writing to seek your consent for the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) to include the name of your company in a list of service providers of approved applications under the Technology Voucher Programme (TVP). 

Administered by the ITC, the TVP aims to subsidise local entities on the use of technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes, in order to enhance their long-term competitiveness. 

ITC is planning to compile a list of service providers of approved TVP applications (the Reference List) for reference by prospective applicants seeking to engage service providers for their own TVP applications.  According to our record, your company was previously engaged as the service provider in approved TVP application(s).  In this connection, we would like to seek your consent for us to include the name of your company in the Reference List.  Please reply to this email to indicate your consent and specify your name, your position, and the name of your company by 20 July 2020.  If we do not hear from you by the above date, we will assume that your company does not wish to be included in the Reference List. 

Please note that inclusion of your company in the Reference list shall not be taken as a form of endorsement or recommendation by the Government or ITC for your company to be a service provider in any TVP applications.  The Reference List is for public reference only.  Whether or not TVP applicants engage service providers on the Reference List will not affect the outcome of their TVP applications.
